CAREERXCHANGE® is Proud to Partner with United Way Miami!

At CAREERXCHANGE®, we believe that strong communities are built through shared responsibility and opportunity — values that align perfectly with United Way Miami’s mission. Through the United Way Tocqueville Society, we are proud to support initiatives that create lasting impact in the areas of education, financial stability, and health — the very pillars that help individuals and families thrive.

Our CEO, Nick Alonso Jr., and CAREERXCHANGE® have become members of the United Way Tocqueville Society, a major donor group that supports United Way’s many programs and charitable efforts throughout our community. This partnership allows us to combine our professional mission of connecting people with meaningful work and our personal commitment to giving back to the community we serve.

This is an ongoing partnership and sponsorship that renews annually. We are deeply committed to continuing our support of United Way Miami — not only through financial contributions, but also through volunteerism, fundraising, and hands-on community involvement that make a real difference in people’s lives.

“At CAREERXCHANGE®, giving back means more than donating — it’s about helping people find meaningful work, supporting families, and strengthening our community. Partnering with United Way Miami allows us to do all of this together and make a real difference.”

— Nick Alonso Jr., CEO, CAREERXCHANGE®

On October 19th, we had the privilege of attending United Way Miami’s 7th annual “Bingo & Bubbles” event, where we heard powerful stories of lives changed over the past years. It was a beautiful reminder of just how much good can happen when a community comes together. We’re honored to stand beside United Way Miami in their mission and look forward to the work we’ll do together.
