Great opportunity for an outgoing Receptionist (bilingual English/Spanish). Responsibilities will include handling all incoming office calls (front desk) and assist with data entry. Must have fast and accurate data entry skills. Will also be assisting Human Resources with confidential documents.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of telephone routing devices (reception switchboard systems).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
