Excellent opportunity for an experienced bilingual English/Spanish Healthcare Recruiter to assist in the sourcing, scheduling, assessing an closing of all levels of candidates.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations or related field preferred.
* 7+ years of human resources experience including: principles, practices and procedures, laws and regulations. Experience at a large volume retailer highly preferred
* 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
* 5+ years of proven success in full cycle recruitment for all areas including: Marketing, IT, Finance, Administration and Merchandising.
* Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
* Experience with implementing an HRM system.
