Great opportunity for a Sales Assistant to work for a financial planning company in the Deerfield Beach area.
* Assist with comprehensive financials, cash flows, budgets, and asset allocations.
* Providing customer service to clients.
* Set up and run special events, coordinate meetings as well as other administrative support functions.
* Minimum 3 years administrative experience.
* Knowledge of financial planning and/or wealth management.
* Must be tech savvy.
* Experience with proprietary system (e money).
* Advance Microsoft Office skills, Word, Power Point and Excellent with Excel.
* Series 63 7 215 a plus
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Great organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
