Description:
Excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Help Desk Support Agent. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in network and desktop support as well as managing IT projects. Ideal candidate will posses a relevant education in IT (MIS or equivalent). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. A pro-active, flexible self starter that is result-driven and well organized would be a perfect member of the team.

Must have expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
Knowledge of MS-SQL Server, VMWare, TCP/IP routing and storage products preferred.

Must have 3 years working experience in managing complex Windows Server environments.
