Terrific opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to service clients and coordinate workflow for the sales team. Will develop and maintain a positive relationship and rapport with clients and insurance companies. Strong customer service skills are needed to assist in handling requests from clients. Must be able to work with all types of personalities.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
* 3 years benefit account management experience.
* 215 health insurance license preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
