Great opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Media Director to help lead the communication planning discipline, working with regional clients, through strategy and consultancy and enabling the process, within local agencies, via training and support.

Responsibilities
• Provide regional strategy and vision, using established client formats and processes that can be implemented across multiple Latin American markets.
• Oversee development of local / regional media plans, ensuring proper research data and insights considered in plan development and large regional / consolidated negotiations across client brands.
• Oversee on and offline reporting on E-Commerce account, rigorous analysis and collaboration with analytics team, delivering weekly reports / conclusions / recommendations to senior marketing client.
• Develop and identify best in class learning on LATAM communication, based on case history.
• Search and reapply of successful global and regional communication cases and models, to assist upcoming launches.
• Contribute with ideas and innovation to continuously improve our regional media product.

Required Skills, Experience
• Bachelor's degree; degree or specialist qualification in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred.
• Minimum six years experience with progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying and management.
• Strong English written and verbal communication and presentation skills (capable of managing interactions with brand marketing directors).
• Leadership and relationship building skills to lead clients confidently into new communication strategies.
• Strong quantitative skills, including both analytical abilities as well as math proficiency.
• Ability to effectively utilize media and consumer research and reporting resources (TGI, IBOPE understanding mandatory).
• Willingness to travel internationally, for short periods, often at short notice.
• Spanish language is required.
